Redesign, B2B portal and CRM.

Effet Wellness is the specialist in essential oils and fragrances for sauna & hammam, serving both individuals and wellness professionals (spas, hotels, wellness centres). The old site no longer reflected the brand or its B2B ambitions.

We carried out a complete visual redesign: new identity, a premium and natural universe, redesigned product pages and a smoother e-commerce purchase journey on mobile and desktop alike.

At the same time, we built a private professional portal (login-protected) reserved for resellers: trade pricing, bulk orders and dedicated documents, all connected to a CRM to centralise accounts, track orders and automate the customer relationship.
