Where do we start?
With a free thirty-minute call to check the topic is in our wheelhouse. If there is substance, we start with apaid assessment over three weeks: we quantify the time lost, look at where your clients come from, and you leave with a prioritised plan and a budget. The amount is deducted from the engagement if you go ahead, and the document is yours either way.
How much does an engagement cost?
It depends on the system to build, not on a price list. The entry point is the assessment, paid and deducted from the engagement, which sets the scope and the budget before any commitment. The automation and internal AI engagements that follow run into tens of thousands of euros; a focused intervention, on search for instance, obviously costs less. We say so on the first call rather than the third meeting.
How soon do you see an effect?
A system is assembled block by block, delivered as we go. The first automations show an effect within weeks; an acquisition pipeline is judged over a few months. We would rather announce a schedule that holds than a date that slips.
Why custom-built rather than an off-the-shelf tool?
Because an off-the-shelf tool imposes its way of working on yours. When the process is standard, we point you to the existing tool and say so plainly. Custom makes sense when the way you work is precisely what sets you apart, or when your data cannot leave your premises.
What does "AI-augmented" actually mean?
That our models take part in production and optimisation: writing and adapting content, analysing campaigns, automating repetitive tasks. And that we also build these tools for you, down to theinfrastructure when the data must stay with you. See AI agents and assistants.
How do I follow a project's progress?
Through your client area, on the web and in our iOS and Android app: milestones, documents, quotes and invoices, appointments, and direct messaging with your contact. The whole history stays available.
Do we need to be in Alsace to work with you?
No. Local search requires a local presence, but development, AI, cybersecurity and acquisition run remotely without loss. We meet by video call or on site depending on the project.
